We hold the contract, run the schedule, and carry the risk — most often inside buildings that stay open while we work. Family owned, Jacksonville based, licensed as both a general and a mechanical contractor since 2016.

Fadi Daoud

President & Operations Manager

Fadi has a robust background spanning both the design and construction sectors of project development and execution within the commercial and industrial domains across the United States. With over two decades of experience, he has successfully contributed to over 200 design/build and construction management projects across various industries, resulting in the development of more than 2.5 million square feet.

Serving as President and Operations Manager, Fadi assumes comprehensive oversight of all facets of project development, management, and execution. He is dedicated to fostering an atmosphere characterized by honesty, efficiency, and clarity among all project stakeholders. Throughout the entire project cycle, Fadi maintains a steadfast focus on delivering optimal value to our clients.

Cost changes, schedule slips, and mistakes get reported the week they happen — not at the next pay application. If something goes wrong on your job, you hear it from us before you hear it from anyone else.

Quality

Work is inspected against the specification before the next trade is released. We would rather tear out a wall in week three than hand you a long punch list in month nine.

Innovation

Open-book buyout, a shared schedule you can read without a translator, and coordination done in a model where the project justifies it. We adopt tools that shorten your schedule, not tools that look good in a proposal.

Purpose

We are family owned, and the person who signs your contract is on your site. That is the whole advantage — so we protect it by taking on only the number of projects we can properly staff.
